Accessibility

Overview

Talent is committed to ensuring our content is accessible and user-friendly to everyone. Talent learning materials are designed to meet the high accessibility standards of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0). The foundation of these specifications is to make public materials accessible and inclusive to all, including those with disabilities. Talent’s design is premised on first identifying and then removing all digital barriers to learning. This includes adjusting or adding visual and auditory aids where necessary, and ensuring that learning is easy to navigate and understand.

Accessible learning supports our goal to provide all learners with training that meets their individual needs to grow their professional skills to secure or retain meaningful employment.
