Step 1: Discovery call
We'll meet with you to understand your needs, existing infrastructure, and the level of support required. For example, do you need an industry report or do you need a deeper consulting engagement with a plan for customized upskilling training?
Step 2: Research and data collection
We’ll use tools like interviews and assessments to understand your workforce’s baseline skills and uncover opportunities for training and development.
Step 3: Presentation of findings
Once we’re through the Skills Intelligence consulting phase, you can choose to implement a solution yourself, or you can work with us on a training plan. We have a suite of training that’s ready to deploy, but we also have a team of experienced instructional designers and training experts who can develop meaningful, rapid-cycle training that meets your organization’s specific needs.
