Energy Project Management Fundamentals
This course will explore the foundations of project management from the perspective of the energy sector where you will develop a project plan based on a real-world scenario. It is an intensive investigation into the major principles of Project Management and industry best practices, along with case studies and examples from the energy sector of Ontario.
By the end of this program, you will be able to manage projects effectively from the initiation stage to managing resources, risk, and communication.

Twelve distinct topic areas will be addressed, each delivered through a combination of online synchronous sessions, readings, and activities using Microsoft Project (Office 365) to complete a series of scheduling activities.
